Is hotel pickup included?
Yes. We pick up from any hotel or home in Dubai. Pickup from Sharjah or Abu Dhabi is available for a small extra charge.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No. Your booking is confirmed on WhatsApp and you pay on the day by cash or card.
What if my plans change?
Cancel or change the date free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Just message us.
Is it safe for children?
Children from 3 years can join. Car seats are available on request, and you can ask the driver for a gentler dune drive.
Can pregnant guests or people with back problems join?
Dune bashing isn't recommended, but you can ride directly to camp and enjoy everything else. Tell us when you book.
What should I wear?
Light, comfortable clothes and sandals. Bring a light jacket in winter evenings and sunglasses for the sand.
